From childhood, Chef Young has many fond memories of everyday quality family meals that were full of conversation, sharing, and community. Family dinners were special times that forged family and communal bonds. It was a culmination of all of those simple, yet special moments that fortified family connections. While the demands of today's economy force both parents to work, families are spending more time apart rather than together. From this realization, Chef Young saw an opportunity to help parents stay connected with their children and to help take a "load" off.
