MerlinOne was founded in 1988 to make the Phoenix image transmission system. We evolved with the analog-to-digital transition in the news industry and saw the need to manage and store the increasing amount of digital content that was being sent. After intensive research and development, we installed our first Merlin digital image archive in 1994. We have more than 20 years of experience implementing real-world solutions in world-class organizations with over 60,000 users worldwide.Our development team has deep domain expertise and our installation and support staff have a proven track record second-to-none. We listen to our customers and constantly improve our products to meet their evolving needs. When our customers wanted the ability to manage other forms of multimedia, we developed Merlin Video, a version of our flagship product that actually lets users manage audio/video content by searching soundtracks for spoken words!
