I offer unique Anger Management, Parenting, and Substance Abuse courses, based on experimental science, but presented in easy-to-understand terms.

I offer a very unique approach to anger management. The approach is based on experimental science in the context of evolutionary psychology, but is presented in friendly, easy-to-understand, everyday terms. Learn what anger is and how to prevent it, rather than trying to manage a hot head. There are 6-8 1 hour one-on-one or group sessions, with material and discussion geared to meet the unique needs of every student. This is likely the only program of its kind.
