These patterns and blocks were often formed in service of our unique coping and survival needs early in life, or as the result of trauma and/or oppression that may have occurred at any point along the way. Together we can begin to reclaim that which has been lost or forgotten, to reconnect to your inner wisdom and knowing, and to strengthen your ability to create the life you envision. I work collaboratively, intuitively, creatively, and with curiosity. Each session begins with inquiring what is most present for you, and is designed to meet your explicitly stated goals within a noncritical, nonjudgmental, and honest framework. Healing takes more than just insight and surface behavior change, therefore somatic integration is the foundation of my work.
