I help small people and businesses resolve disputes. Disputes commonly involving contracts, business relationships, land, leases- commercial as well as residential, and accidents in which someone, or a member of their family, has been hurt or died. I've prosecuted and defended civil cases in the trial and appellate courts of Florida for over 30 years. In 2007 the Florida Supreme Court certified me to mediate civil disputes in the Circuit and County Courts of Florida, which I've been doing, and in 2014 certified me as an Appellate Mediator.
