We're not selling answers to all of your problems. We are here to teach you the tools to create your own psychological, emotional and philosophical way in the world- your life, for you, by you. One size does not fit all. We'll teach you how to measure your progress in therapy as well as how to be your own therapist. If it's not effective for you, we'll happily refer you elsewhere. There are individuals, groups, corporations- whole systems of people designed to try to make you feel anxious, scared, depressed, helpless, and hopeless. Whether they are succeed or not is up to you!
