Shears Construction has managed custom and speculative projects of over $1,000,000, overseen the construction of various size additions, re-modeled kitchens, baths, as well as basements. Michael K. Shears Construction has also built decks, patios, outdoor fireplaces, as well as large carports. We also work on multi-family remodeling projects.
