Look elsewhere unless you are a gutter expert yourself and can instruct them how to install your gutters.
I recently had this company out to install gutters on my house for the 3rd time. This project was intended to eliminate the downspouts in the entrance area of my house. A few weeks after install I called to report I had a prominent dripping problem that was damaging a wood pillar. 4 Calls later, I got Dan Mack to come out. He was basically told me that yes, I did have a big issue and that my gutter was holding 3" of water. He also told me the only way to resolve this problem was to install the downspout I had just paid him over $1400 to remove. He told me that my roofline was off by 1" and that "structural defect"created my problem.
I explained to him that because he was the expert, and did gutters all the time this would have been a issue that he should have known. And since he had installed gutters on my house 3 times at this point, he should have been familiar with the house. He refuse to offer any solution but to add the down spot back.
We have another gutter company coming to fix the issues, and I will be adding pictures of the water damage already caused, and also the 3" of standing water in my newly installed gutters. I would say that unless you are willing to go measure the exact slopes of your roofline, and also pay a 2nd company to fix the issues you have, find another company to begin with. They do not follow their tag line of "Our promise is to provide you 'Quality Without Question!' "
