Established in 1978 as a custom builder. We do interior remodeling, additions, new homes from 1,000 to 10,000 sq. ft. With16 year experience in the ICF industry, we know that an energy efficient building is more than putting up ICF exterior walls. We know the does and don'ts of combining exterior concrete walls with wood interior framing. An ICF home or office building offers 50%+ savings on utilities, F-3 tornado proven, clean air, sound rated class 48, a basement insulated to R-32, with furring strips- ready for drywall, OR you can pay the utility company. (( Gas company in North Canton, Ohio replaced their meter 2 times in 1st year of a new ICF office bldg. because they were not using enough gas !!! NEWS: Found nothing wrong with gas meter, it is ICF. ))
