Mindy Solé is a licensed Acupuncturist who specializes in pain management, headaches, migraines, TMJ, women's health, fertility, digestive disorders.

Mindy Solé started her journey in the Holistic Health field in 2004 when she discovered her passion for helping others through the art of massage therapy. She obtained her Holistic Health Practitioner certificate at this time which was a 1,000 hour course that included various massage modalities as well as hands on clinical experience. After a few years of enjoying working as a massage therapist she developed debilitating sciatica and ultimately had to stop practicing massage. It was then that friends encouraged her to try acupuncture. Reluctantly, she decided to give it a try, as she had never been a fan of needles, and realized that these aren’t the typical needles we are accustomed to. They were very thin and tiny, like a strand of hair, and she was pleasantly surprised at how painless the procedure was and even more impressed by how thorough and kind her practitioner was throughout the entire visit. It was unlike any healing modality she had ever experienced before and only after a series of 6 weekly visits, her pain was completely gone! Mindy was able to return to doing what she loved and was so fascinated by her experience that she made the decision to learn Chinese Medicine.Mindy enrolled in San Diego’s prestigious school, Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, for their four year intensive program and graduated with her Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine. Now in private practice, Mindy continues to evolve and learn from each patient she treats. She especially enjoys, and has good success with helping patients who have come to her with chronic pain such as migraines, headaches, arthritic pain, and muscular tension as well as more internal complaints concerning digestion, unwanted menopausal symptoms and menstrual discomforts. She has loved helping people overcome uncomfortable emotions such as grief, anxiety, irritability and fear. Through her own ailments and life experiences she developed a deep compassion, empathy and love for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. In addition to her passion for helping others, Mindy is also a native San Diegan, a happy wife to a talented husband and mother of a very energetic and silly young boy. She loves all things about nature, hiking, yoga, reading, writing, the arts, meditation and improv.
