About us We are Custom Home Builders in the Sussex County area with over 25 years of experience in home building. The principal and sole owner is Kevin McDaniel. Kevin is dedicated to the very best craftsmanship, authentic detailing, high quality materials, and creating a home that will stand the test of time. We can work with a client in many ways. Typically, the client owns land and has some ideas about his or her prospective home. We can take it from there with a design-build approach, work with a client's already completed plans, or work hand in glove with a client's selected architect.
