We only charge you the prorated rent plus a one-time $9 Start-Up fee! That's it! You get what you pay for! We do not bait anyone with so-called "coupons" or "specials". Feel free to come by anytime (we live here on the premises)! Pick up one of our price lists & stroll through the grounds to see the sizes! We never pressure anyone to rent! No pressure! No hassle! See for yourself! Our customers like us! You will too!!!
