Mitchell Resort and RV Park

180 acre country resort, 50 miles west of Ft. Worth. 29 cottages, 113 RV sites, 3 Pools, par three 9 hole, mini-putt, 2 playgrounds,annual events.

We purchased this existing RV park in Jan. 2003. It was run down, out of date, poorly managed and had no customers. It was 44 acres, 200 + worn out rv sites, and many tents sites. It did have four clubhouse buildings left over from days gone by when the Mitchell Family hosted Bluegrass Festivals. The park now has expanded under our ownership. This resort is now 180 acres with 29 new upscale (built on site) Country Cottages, 113 updated RV sites, 9 Hole Par Three Golf Course, 2 playgrounds, 18 hole mini-putt. Three remodeled clubhouses still available for family reunions, Quilters and Scrapbookers as well as corporate and private retreats.
