In 1984 several of the current members of Modular Building Consultants began working together in the modular business with another company. Throughout the next 10 years, other staff members were added. When that company was bought out by a major competitor in 1993 and assimilated, it was a natural fit for all of us to stay together, doing what we knew best and did well! We started Modular Building Consultants and have continuously looked ahead, never behind. Liann White's beginning Mission Statement declared that we would never be the biggest, but we could always be the best! That has been our motivation each day of each year. All of our staff is committed to performing a job that allows us to be known for the quality of our workmanship and the commitment to superior service.
