Momentum Health Club, located 1 mile West of 41/45 on HWY 167, is a locally owned and operated 10,000 square foot health club. The club was completely renovated in 2011 and filled with the latest Life Fitness & Hammer Strength equipment. Members enjoy access to: •Free-weights •Strength Training Machines •Cable Machines •Group Classes •Personal Training •Childcare •Members Lounge and more..... Our member consultants meet with every new member, so don't worry if you're not quite sure where to start. We'll help guide you to the programs and services that fit you best.
