Mueller's F@E's is a Consulting Company who specializes in new openings as the trouble shooting of existing restaurants, Hotels and Cooking Classes.

Educated in his native Germany.Chef Mueller calls the US his Home since 1980 He graduated in Culinary Art and Science what took him from Germany's highly regarded hotel's and restaurant's to a cooking tour through France with Paul Bocuse in Lyon and Roger Verge at Le Moulin de Mougins in Nizza. He was Guest Chef at N.Y. Legendary James Beard House Held Ex. Chefs positions with international hotel chains like Marriott International, Hilton International, Princess Hotels, Opryland Hotel's and Omni Hotels. He worked in Germany, Hawaii, Texas, Florida, Mexico, Caribbean. Occupied the Corporate Chef Position for Posadas de Mexico.1996 he was part of the ACF delegation traveling w/Martin Yan to China. Represented Omni Hotels at the Food and Wine Symposium in Argentina,France and Spain.
