I have been presenting to people in all 50 states, Canada and Europe for over 25 years. My main focus is to help people be better at customer service, identify their own potential and live each day to the fullest. I present to educators by keynoting and training seminars on making every student feel respected and appreciated. I also present to businesses on recognizing the importance of customer relationships and personal integrity. I love working with people in all capacities and can help any business improve their working conditions and relationships.
