Disappointing

Went to this dealership (napleton’s Arlington heights) to buy a truck advertised at a dealer discount of $13,570 discount on the website. Not only did they say I didn’t qualify for any discounts they added $5,000.00 to the MSRP. Price went from $50,560.00 to $76,000+. There were 7 available discounts that added up to $5,750. Even taking that away from the $13,000+ dealer discount, what happened to the other$7,820.00. I’ve been to many Chrysler dealerships in my lifetime and always leave extremely disgusted. They always play so many games, start deducting this and that but never start with a straight up deal. 90 years of service at that dealership and you would think they would learn something. No thanks. I really wanted to purchase a Ram. Sorry to say I’ll purchase a truck at another dealership, if not a RAM, have to go to a GMC.
