Napredak Hall

We rent the hall and picnic area for corporate and private events: weddings, quinceaneras, club meetings, business rallies, picnics, crab feeds & more

Napredak was originally located in Cupertino, and was started in 1926 to keep together the local Slavic community. We moved to our current San Jose location in the late 60s. Now, we host a variety of social clubs, including several of our original Slavic community-based ones. Check us out and see all the different events we have going on! We host a variety of trade shows that are open to the public in addition to our private rentals. Also, many people ask what faces are behind Napredak. The hall is actually run by a volunteer Board of Directors, acting in the interest of a group of a couple thousand stockholders- mainly families from the original founding communities. Napredak means "progress" in Croatian, and progress is our pride, for almost 90 years.
