It is important to note, however, that deleting items from your credit report represents just 10% of the problem. NCES provides credit education. We'll show you how to challenge collection agency and medical claims, and to protect your credit during a hardship, when your wages may have been reduced. We advise you how to get your student loans back on track, and help you understand IRS defaults (they're really not bad people!). There are rules to every process, and we can teach you step by step.
