Natural Alternatives provides Health coaching, massage, therapeutic bodywork through osteopathic manipulation and personal training.

Serving Oakdale and surrounding communities since 1994, Natural Alternatives uses a holistic approach to health for body, mind and soul. We provide people with nutritional counsel using common sense approaches to food, herbs and supplements to provide the body optimum fuel to function and to heal. Massage Therapy and Osteopathic Manipulation brings relief of pain and stress, and restores the body back to physical balance by freeing up restrictions in the muscular, skeletal and energy systems. Finally, we help our clients rebuild strength and endurance through personal training and one on one Pilates instruction. Esther encourages her clients to dream and set personal goals and accompanies her clients on any adventure from marathons to mountain climbing.
