My name is Allison Tilden and I am the owner of Natural Kneads.

I have been a massage therapist since 2007, studying and receiving my certification at Virginia Career Institute, now Fortis College. I am a native of Richmond, and graduated from Freeman High school in 2005. Since becoming a massage therapist, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience when dealing with muscular pain. One of the most spectacular things I learned was that these issues can be treated naturally. Massage is a wonderful alternative to helping your body address and heal itself from many ailments.
