Back in 2006 Neoscope was founded on the principle for a different kind of IT solution other than the reactive "break/fix" business model. We saw break/fix IT as a solution that could never effectively and efficiently support all the needs of an organization. It was apparent to us that a centralized IT environment that was proactively monitored and maintained was essential for an IT provider to be in line with the goals of an organization. We devised a proactive approach to IT based on a monthly flat-rate model to reduce IT risks and drive down the cost of IT for both parties. Our model has also allowed us to seamlessly grow with our clients as projects are rolled out, expansions are made, and consulting is needed. We are client focused and technology driven.
