Our process starts when you bring us an item (directions to our store in Gurnee below). While you are with us, we will try and give you an idea of what you can expect to realize from a sale on eBay for your item(s). If you are comfortable and decide to leave the item(s) with us, we will photograph the item(s), write an attractive listing description, research how to capture the highest eBay value through placement and timing, schedule the eBay listing (usually for 7 days), respond to frequent questions from bidders, complete the sale using a variety of payment options, then pack and ship the item. Once the transaction is complete, we will send you a check less our commission and fees.
