This has been our goal at Nevois Construction since 1972.We're a Union Contractoremploying 15-20 full time workers from the St. Louis District Council of Carpenters and Southern Illinois Laborers. We generally build 20 to 25 homes a year. Nevois Construction builds on homeowners' lots and acreage, but also has its own developments. We are also a General Contractor for small to mid-sized commercial projects that include schools, banks, churches, independent living facilities, fire stations, apartments and nursing homes.Customer SatisfactionWe aim to please! Before you take possession of your new dream home, we will do a walk through with you to make sure everything is to "your satisfaction". Then to show you that we are confident in our quality construction, we will contact you after six months and again at one year to make sure everything is still to your satisfaction. Our commitment is to you the homeowner. It has been for over 40 years.
