I hope this will help to better inform you of who we are, what we do and how we are different. In today's society, crime is on the rise and our law enforcement is losing strength everyday. Our FRESNO POLICE DEPARTMENT is 1/3rd it's required size to properly prevent crime. Our goal at NHPS is to fill voids by properly providing additional patrol services in your area. F.P.D. response time to most calls is 1 to 2 hours. If a call is not an emergency (911) call or a "priority" call, it can be anywhere between 2 to 4 hours before F.P.D. responds. At that point all F.P.D. can do is take a report, which may result in anything.
