Services At our Physical Therapy Center we begin our work with an initial evaluation which outlines your problem(s) and prepares a comprehensive rehabilitation treatment plan that is tailored to meet your needs. The plan is re-evaluated on an ongoing basis and modified as appropriate to your changing capabilities. Our patients work directly with our therapists for required sessions. Patients see the same therapist at each visit forming a relationship that promotes healing and faster rehabilitation. We educate our patients on their condition and help them learn a home exercise program to utilize during and after therapy is completed.
