No Limits-No Boundaries was started by Helen Murdock, inspired by the song of the same name and based on the Prayer of Jabez. With many giftings herself, Helen's goal is to empower individuals to: find and fulfill their purpose in life; maximize their potential, help bring restoration in all aspects of living- mental, spiritual, physical, and financial and promote healthy aging. Helen has been a health professional- registered nurse for over thirty year. However, her concept of health is far different from that promoted and practiced by her peers in conventional medicine. Her belief is that God designed our bodies to heal themselves and has several testimonies to back that claim. She has done a pilot study testing the hypothesis-memory lost can be regained- with positive outcome.
