We manage or assist in the management of residential properties. Function as Estate/Household/Caretaker manager (offsite) for single or multiple homes. We can take full responsibility or act as your assistant. We can supply dayworkers, housemen, temporary assistance. We have our own employees or will hire a dedicated employee under our banner for you. We have our own contractors for all of your system repair and maintenance or will work with and direct your preferred contractors. We will prepare, maintain and execute a schedule of all work as approved by the customer. We are Keyholders & are on call 24/7.
