I would like to explain my journey of how I became a creator of the Nx Healing Foods Database by Nusential, a software program that can benefit the Healthcare system in the U.S. Some five years ago, after decades of suffering from arthritis, I was given a book as a gift from someone, it was called Healing Foods-an easy to use guide to eating your way back to health. It explained two important concepts on the value and importance of diet and disease. The first concept was that eating certain foods would help some people with certain ailments and diseases.
