Health and wellness have been my passions for over 30 years. With medical doctors as parents, my goal has always been directed towards the preventive medicine side of the spectrum. Nutrition is absolutely fascinating to me, and the fact that it has the ability to change ones growth and development is incredible. When I can remove a person's personal attachment to food and give them the tools to view foods for their nutritional contents instead, I love my job that much more.
