Osborne Industries custom molds thermosetting materials (including fiberglass reinforced polyester, polyurethanes, Telene? polydicyclopentadiene (pDCPD/DCPD), structural foams) via Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) and Reaction Injection Molding (RIM). Our processes and materials offer a wide range of material properties. We are much more than a molder, we have chemists that can help optimize resin systems to meet specific OEM requirements. Diverse customer base that includes industries such as Military, Medical, Transportation, Corrosion Resistant, Industrial Machinery, Agricultural, Waste Water Treatment, Air Traffic Control, and Tanning. Osborne Industries is certified to ISO 9001:2008 and exports products to over 40 different countries.
