Packard Place is the hub for entrepreneurship and innovation in Charlotte. It is a 90,000 sq. ft. office building in the heart of Uptown Charlotte. The building (built in 1928) was scheduled to be demolished and turned into a condominium complex until Dan Roselli and Sara Garces-Roselli purchased it in 2010. It's now being turned into a resource for entrepreneurs with the goal of promoting entrepreneurship, community, and innovation in the region. Our space is available to house your business or to hold meetings and events.
