I started this company as a young man in 1969 as Cedar Roofing co. At that time I was mostly doing Cedar Shakes, ( as that was the most poplar roof back then) and I was doing a lot of new houses, etc. In 1978 Ken Langreder who owned PANHANDLE roofing co, came to me and wanted me to buy the company. I had worked for Ken when I first moved to this beautiful country in 1968. And had a good re pore with him and his wife Georgia. Ken wanted to retire. Well thats my story the rest is history, Ive roofed a lot of homes and Businesses in this time.The one thing I think that has made me successful is I have always tried to treat the customer as if it were me buying from themWell I'm pretty much retired now and Dan Knapp runs things for me. Dan has worked with me for 28 years.
