Custom cabinetry & finish carpentry pays the bills but Pat has been a self taught wood carver since childhood.

Any possibility that you can see made of wood can be done by Pat Copley. Technically semi-retired, but still workin with wood on a daily basis. Some of his carvings stand 4 feet tall, most about half of that. He uses Oregon woods, can tell you where he acquired it and how long it cured, and more. He is a naturalist, some Native American genetics coming in to play as well. Besides the natural forms that he "finds" in the wood to carve, he does custom wood railings, wood cabinetry, wood doors, wood trim, wood jewelry, just don't ask him to make you a wooden pen-not enough of a challenge for him!
