Mission of Service is to provide tailored quality services and supports to the participant, in the amount needed, the time frame required.

The person-centered plan and active participation is the guide for teaching and training. Participants and families are offered the opportunity for learning their potential for activities of daily living, socialization, community integration, self-advocacy, and enjoyment of life by choice and decision-making. A supportive, normalized environment or by in-home assistance allows these opportunities. By encouraging, strengthening, and expanding skills and providing necessary assistance in these areas, the Participant and family increase life satisfaction, health, welfare, self-determination, and overall attempts to meet the needs and desires of the Participant.
