I provide health & nutritional coaching to individuals who want to improve their health, lose weight, eat for energy, or manage a chronic condition.
I partner with each client to identify their health goals and together, we create a six month program that fits with their lifestyle. Client goals direct the development of a highly personalized program that includes gradual and sustainable changes in their food choices, new tools to manage stress, and yoga classes to increase strength, stability and flexibility. We meet twice a month and communicate by email in-between each session. Monthly progress is tracked against goals and re-adjusted as necessary. My goal is to facilitate complete achievement of personal health and nutritional goals by each client. I also create workshops and classes for non-profit organizations, corporations and religious organizations on a wide range of health and nutrition topics, and teach yoga.
