Ravy Sword and Fitness: Train With a Cutting Edge! Training classes located in Oak Park, Santa Barabara CA 93105. 10AM & 6 PM every W,Th,F and Sat @ Noon. Practices run 90 mins. As the training phases intensify, classes will be drawn away from group training and technique and fitness focus, and more toward the "Tactical & Practical" approach to training in the Dueling School and SparrStudio. In the final Phase of the training program, full body protection is worn for dueling and team tournaments and championships. The higher levels also feature stats tracking and leader boards. Each phase has its own challenges and achievements, titles and awards, allowing any suit of preferred training style to be perfected more in depth.
