My belief is that everyone has the capacity for great changes and true happiness, unfortunately, life sometime gets in the way. My goal is to assist to support that. Whether it be to overcome everyday challenges or dealing with a trauma that has occurred. I have experience working with children utilizing Art, Play and Sand Tray Therapy specifically to aid them in verbalizing their worries and/or concerns. Though I have worked with diverse group of clients with various needs, my specializations include depression,anxiety, engaging with "defiant" teens and family therapy.
