My elderly, disabled mother is being evicted when lease expires because she needed a fire hazard fixed on her shorted out stove that was out for 6 mths. Then the oven wasn't working properly and they told her she didn't need it fixed. We contacted the City of Florence for assistance in making her repair the stove. They are the most hateful, uncompassionate people in all my years of business I have ever had to deal with. The daughter in law of owner called my place of work to yell at me and warn me of being sued if I continued stirring up trouble. I have several messages from current and prior tenants who are having the same issues with air conditioning not being fixed, stoves, hot water heaters, and the owner does not return deposits.
