Peak Ascent Mentoring utilizes the natural world to promote healing, growth, and development. We offer many custom services.

Peak Ascent Mentoring employs a mindful approach in working with families and individuals, incorporating yoga, meditation, ceremony and ritual, and centering skills. We offer a wide array of custom wilderness family services such as family retreats, rites of passage for young men, and mentoring young adults. We believe it is important to assess the whole being of each individual, and in using an holistic approach, we are able to provide understanding to the effects that diet, sleep, stress have on an individual. It is also significant to look at the whole of an individual in four distinct, related aspects: Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit. When these four aspects are aligned, with equal attention and focus given to all, an individual is truly in sync, and, ready to develop and grow.
