This morning a Penelec service truck and driver were in front of our home and I walked out to speak with driver. When I approached the truck the truck engine was running, the driver window was down and the driver was on a cell phone. He did not acknowledge me at all, do not even look a me as I stood by the driver's side door for at least 10 min..My husband then came outside to talk to him with me. I went back into the house and Jim waited to speak with the driver about the pole by our driveway that is tipping slowly. Driver still on the phone.....Jim waited hoping to talk to him, he finished his phone call and proceeded to drive away !!! never had the courtesy to even ask or say anything to Jim as he stood waiting to talk with him. This was so inconsiderate and RUDE< he knew darn well that we were obviously there for a reason, he never even got out of the truck!!! if that was logged a service call...forget it, he was paid for doing nothing but talking on the cell phone!! Never left the truck!! Id like a followup call regarding this issue at 570-836-2991 ASAP this man is ignorant and never cared to show an interest that we were there.
