PerformancePLUS (P2) uses a process called the P2x360 with organizations to improve business performance through their organizational culture. The P2x360 is an organizational workout. We take the organization through a couple of assessments to gauge the strength of its' culture and the impact it has on the bottom-line. In addition, because leadership is so important to shaping culture, the P2x360 also includes leadership assessments. Both the culture and leadership assessments use benchmark databases. This allows your organization to see how it stacks up to other organizations. When you are done with the P2x360, you will know more about your culture than you ever did. You will have identified both strengths and weaknesses and have an action plan for moving forward.
