Country Living Associates is a residential construction corporation building custom homes, additions and renovations in the greater Northern Virginia. We have worked very closely with many Owners to create their dream houses from conception to completion. We provide site selection experience, plan selection and modification and permit acquisition as well as construction services. We invite the Owner to be an important part of this creative process. Since 1997 C.L.A has completed projects in Fairfax, Clarke, Fauquier, and Warren Counties. But our primary market continues to be Western Loudoun County, Virginia. Our projects have ranged in size from 2500 sft to 6500 sft. But in all instances its customer service and the attention to detail that separates us from other builders.
