Our modular elevator is an innovative design consisting of a welded steel hoistway structure that fully contains the elevator car, rails, controls, and drive system inside. It is assembled in our factory where quality and alignment are held to very stringent tolerances, using standard, non-proprietary components from leading manufacturers, then shipped to the job site. Once installed, it functions exactly like a stick-built elevator, and is serviced the same way. Hundreds of our elevators are installed around the country. They are a great solution to ADA access and retrofit projects as well as new construction.With off-site hoistway construction, a lead time of 8 weeks and a total on-site installation time of 3 days, we simplify construction projects.
