Since that time, the studio has grown steadily and developed a reputation for high quality instruction in Pilates, as well as in all of the other programs they offer. The studio is owned and operated by Certified Pilates Instructor Valeria Barreto. With roots based in Valeria's home country of Brazil, Pilates and More has a unique atmosphere quite unlike anything you'll find at a "gym". The welcoming staff and friendly clients help to create the studio's positive vibe and great sense of community.
