"This building really should be in the process of being condemed & demolish after 40- something -years of operation, Basically, The Apartment Complex really doesn't deserve not even One -Star Rating @ All'... but it seems like I had to give this low income housing project @ least 1 lonely, pathetic star anyhow'...I just have to say in this review that this place has to be the most worst low income (run-down) housing development ever built' I most definitely would not recommend leasing out any available units @ this location/property to anyone'!!".....(Future Renters- Beware, Rent Else Where & Do not waste your money or time dealing with Slum,Ghetto Pine Harbors!!!!)
*THE PROS: Your Ulitities Are Paid In The Rents.
Your Bug-Free.....No Cock Roaches Or Bed Bug Issues In The Building/Units.
*THE CONS: If Any one decides to lease an apartment unit here, You most definitely will encounter issues with rude, unprofessional, incompetent staff members, and maintainance crew whom seem to be extremely incompetent as well/ many work orders are usually completed half-a$$ or usually takes days to be done. If you live on the 7th floor?....& Guess What?-- You will have to deal with leaks from their leaky roof top located on the 7th floor whenever it rains outdoors, (and when you exist the elevators or leave your unit you will usually see buckets/trash bins catching the leak right in the middle of the hallway,) & elevator shafts that malfunctions periodically, stairwells that will reek the stink of urine, animal waste left on their property grounds (so watch your step?) in the trash rooms located on every floor you find garbage bags, used condoms, old furniture left on the floor, and as for outside/grounds, near dumpster of the building?.... you most likely see the same thing, trash, food, left out for the rats to feed on @ night time you will see these rats running every where'... (So Be-Aware Of The Ghetto, Sewer Rats Of Slum-Ghetto Pine Harbors Eating Tenants Leftovers trash M'kay?). Also Be Fully Aware, Upon moving in here, you will also experience many freezing cold winters/fall due to poor heating /no installation in windows, or heaters that are extremely ancient as f*ck!!...wall outlets that are either blown out/ or are in needs of repairs, Parents with children whom seems to allow their kiddies to disrupt other tenants, or are usually found roaming their hallways @ all times of the day or seen running wild and their parent allow them to do so,(zero-f*cks are given by management, if complaints are submitted to staff). & Of Course my list of Cons could go-on-and on'..... But Anyway, I must end this review by saying, Just Do yourselves a favor and do your apartment research / read all reviews before attempting to lease here ??... You will definitely will thank me later' .I strongly hope this lengthy review/rating will help anyone whom is trying to lease and apartment with {Slum-Ghetto Pine Harbors In the future}........#Peace!!!!
