PLWE mission is to provide Networking Events, Professional Development Programs, Leadership Programs and Business Coaching and unite all women.

Pink Lipstick Women Empowered founded in Prince William County, VA in January 2011. This organization came about, when Founder and CEO, Yahaira M. Stewart, decided that she would use the knowledge she had in business to turn the lives of women in her immediate area. She has a Bachelors of Science in Sociology with a Criminal Justice Minor, from HBCU, Bowie State University, in Maryland. Realizing her passion was always to help others, and having the drive to see others succeed, brought her to create PLWE. Although PLWE is small and growing daily, her vision is so big. What we are doing with memberships is establish weekly workshops, for members only, as well as monthly events. Our target for memberships is any and all women! We hope that you will partner with us, and help us empower
