Welcome, I am Donna Piper, the owner of Piper Pilates. I offer Pilates instruction in the privacy and convenience of your own home and/or at Classic Pilates Body. I provide my clients with customized workout regimes that are geared toward proper form and postural alignment while gaining strength and flexibility. I am committed to providing high-quality training, products, and personal service.I am a Certified Pilates Instructor, a Member of Pilates Method Alliance, and have taught the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning since 1998. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT).In addition to being a Certified Pilates Instructor, I hold a Bachelors of Science in Dance Education and a Masters of Arts in Dance Movement Therapy.
