I call it the miracle diet. I am not much on exercise but wanted to lose wieght with little or no effort. If this is what you are looking for - this is the product for you!!! I lost 22 lbs in less than 3 months. Still have not been to the gym one time. Now I am sure you are asking how much I had to lose, well 20 was it. I started out in a size 8 and now wear a 4.
